medium heat for 15 minutes, add stewed tomatoes and simmer until meat is cooked

Heat oil, add vegetables and cook for approximately 3 minutes. Add

Sauté onions and celery in butter for 2 to 3 minutes, add beans,
prepared rice, sunflower seeds, cheese, flour, egg and "SOUTH
WESTERN CHILI MIX". Mix well, shape into 8 patties about
1/2" thick/ heat remaining butter in large skillet and cook
